CONGRATULATIONS JACKIE

Congratulations go to our Beginnners Convenor Jackie Moran who had her very first hole in one today on the 4th Rannaleroch hole! It really was a junior affair as Jackie was playing along side Junior Convenor Iain Butchart and Junior Handicap Secretary Dawn Butchart.

Jackie played her 8 iron down toward the hole but as the sun was in our eyes we didn't see it land. As we walked down we could only see two balls and no sign of Jackie's so after a wee look at the back of the green I decided to check the hole and low and behold there was Jackie's ball!! A wonderful Ace!!

Jackie was very excited as were we!!   Well done Jackie!!

Happy New Year

With the weather being so good today myself and Dawn managed to play 9 holes at 3pm. Brilliant we had the course to ourselves and this must be the first year we have managed to play on the 1st of January . Hopefully the weather will stay mild and I look forward to seeing you all out on the course . Remember you have to practice to get better. You can even practice your putting indoors so there is no excuse.
