DUNFERMLINE BUILDING SOCIETY JUNIOR MASTERS

As we reported some time ago, Strathmore junior members Allan Easton and Emily Aird both qualified to take part in Scotland's largest junior Handicap event the Dunfermline Building Society Junior Masters. There were hundreds of boys and girls from clubs across the country all playing for a place in the grand final at Gleneagles, home of the 2014 Ryder Cup. Five regional finals are taking part during the summer holidays from Duff House Royal in the north to Galashiels in the Borders. Allan Played in the regional final at Dunblane on July 15th and Emily played in the regional final at Ratho Park on August 14th and after stiff competition have both played their way into the final which takes place this Sunday over the Queens Course at Gleneagles.

Allan will tee off at 8.57 and Emily at 10.27. To be involved in such a prestigious event is a fantastic achievement for Emily and Allan and for Strathmore Junior Section. We wish them every success but most of all the main message is ENJOY THE DAY!
