EMILY IS OFF TO USA

Emily Aird joins our band of Internationally acclaimed Strathmore Juniors by finishing 6th in the under 13 girls section of the U. S. Kids Golf European Championship held at Gullane 26-28/5/9 and has been Invited to take part in the World Championship at Pinehurst USA in July/August.
A very tired but excited Emily telephoned me last night to break this great news and to give an account of her play over the 3 day event. Our best wishes go to Emily and what she has achieved. Emily has practiced very hard over the winter and has taken advantage of her P&K scholarship at Gleneagles which this result backs up.
