BIG THANK YOU TO KIRSTY BRODIE

When Kirsty won the Highland Springs Junior Masters last year part of her prize was a 4 ball at Gleneagles. Unfortunately her Grandad is still recovering from an operation and I was honoured to be asked to take his place. Kirsty and I were drawn together against her dad Ron and brother Michael and after taking advantage of the fantastic practice facilities we made our way to the 1st tee on the Kings Course. We won the 1st hole with a par but were back to all square after 6 when Ron took advantage of his shot. A par 3 on the 8th gave us back the lead and at the short par 4 14th both Kirsty and Ron halved in sandy birdies ! Winning the 15th gave us a 2 hole lead but Michael pulled it back to 1 with a par on 17 to take the match to the 18th where we closed the match out with a birdie. What a brilliant day , thank you again Kirsty, Ron and Michael.
