ANOTHER PAST STRATHMORE JUNIOR PLAYING WELL

 THE LEADING SCOT AFTER ROUND 2 IN SLOVAKIA 

Esther Henseleit carded a 71 (-1) in round two of the European Ladies' Amateur Championship at Penati Golf Resort, Slovakia, to retain her lead at the halfway stage.
The German player, who shot an eight-under-par round on day one, holds a one-shot lead over Finland's Kiira Riihijarvi, who shot the lowest score on day two, a seven-under-par round of 65. 
Hazel MacGarvie (Troon Ladies and past Strathmore Junior) was the top Scot with a 4 under par 68  today 
60 players and ties will make the 54-hole cut after day three, with 67 players currently sitting at five-over-par or better.
