The P&K Under 16 team were unable to maintain wins against Lothians teams this year. Scott McLeod was
the best scorer at the very tight course Polkemmet. The rough was very unforgiving and very few boys from any of the teams managed to avoid visits at some point. The other convenors made the comment that there were a
unusually high number of blank scores from all the teams, in the stableford event. The P&K boys need to practice their course management sklls !
However, there were no failures in the P&K team and all returned good totals - just a couple more points by each player would have been very close to Lothians !
