SCOTTISH BOY'S - HERE WE COME

Brilliant news Michael Brodie, Brad Bannerman and Alex Simpson have all qualified for the Scottish Boys Championship and by doing so have created another record for Strathmore - 1st time we've had 3 boys competing in the same year. I am very proud and excited as I think all 3 players have great chances of making progress in the event and who knows maybe a Strathmore final.

Scottish Boys Championship - 7 - 12 April 2014

Scotland's national boy's amateur match play championship and one of the SGU's flagship events, providing the traditional kick start to the domestic golf season.

The event attracts the best young Scots from all over the country, with more than 130 different clubs represented last season. Previous winners include former Ryder Cup star Andrew Coltart, European Tour player Steven O'Hara and David Law, who went on to lift two Scottish Amateur Championship titles.

A great event to take part in if you are an aspiring junior golfer!
